What the Heart Knows

My heart knows where the home is and
my heart knows where the house is…

Lay me beside a body of water,
sitting on the edge of sand…
make the weather even hotter
and give me a view of a few boats to travel the water…
give me some strangers to fish out at sea…

Give me the peacefulness of what the wondrous green Earth provides..

The oxygen to make us breathe
and
the pump that makes my heart beat.
Give me a world full of sun by the water enclosed with trees
and that’s the perfect scene for me, my heart…
That’s where my house is.

O Lake
Come take me away….
My hand is out there reaching,
grab me by the heart.

Take me in, take me in.

So peaceful, so beautiful…
So lovely.
Reflection of the world’s beauty,
body of water… you’re getting closer…

Pull me in, pull me in.

My heart is at rest, peace,
while I’m near you.
Such wondrous connection to the atmosphere.
Such warm weather, so warm… so warm…
For the heart to feel so full.
