Ugh. (You know it’s never good when I start a sentence with ugh.)

Dan and I came back from Kentucky late Tuesday night. And, ever since Wednesday morning waking up, I just cannot get organized or feel like I’m getting any where at all. Pretty scattered and restless all in the same. It’s really annoying because I have a LOT of things I’d reeeeally like to get accomplished in this sort of down time BEFORE the new year… but alas… I will continue to be lost feeling…

Christmas was excellent! Lots of gift cards which equals the bestest gifts! I also got a fish backpack (pictures some time soon), a large fish nightlight center piece, a really pretty heart bracelet, a lovely anchor / captain necklace with ‘love’ on both charms, a bunch of awesome stocking gifts, the Mark Twain CD that has Jimmy Buffett / Garrison Keilor speaking in it and 2 business books… and I’m sure more.

Dan and I played one mean game of BOARD game Monopoly. Yep. I lost. OF COURSE, I lost.

Mom and I played Scrabble in memory of my grandma who loved playing that game. YEP. OF COURSE, I lost that too. :P

AND, I GOT TO HAVE A HUGE CHUNK OF BEER CHEESE. It was so good. I miss eating beer cheese! (Anyone from Florida know where I can get Halls Beer Cheese?)

We ate at Zaxby’s, to the mall (Gold Star, Pretzel place), Sonny’s BBQ, Penn Station, Frisch’s and Fazoli’s while on vacation. 5 of those places we don’t have here, while the one place is too far away. (Oh and not all at the same time. Or place. Or day. :P)

Dan and I had our 5th Christmas together! Still marvelous! Amazing! Love! Love! Love!

Only downfall of our trip – it. was. freezing. Sooooooooooooooo cold. Brrrrrrr.

Still no news on the work front – as far as a building and all of that stuff. I’m not much one for patience, so I wish that it were just around the corner we can move in and get going with making lots of moolah.

I’m going to start yet another blog sometime soon. This one will be an easy one – especially since I have to start doing the research for us to save even more money – it’s going to be a Tampa Bay savers blog by ME. I can’t reveal the name yet. Soon. Once it’s up!

It won’t just be savings in Tampa Bay. I’ll include everything, even TB specific and so on. I hope this will finally get me somewhere.

Anyway, I still can’t think in here. So restless, scattered. I either need to find a graveyard to go to or the beach. Maybe my lovely husband will take me to the beach this weekend so I can clear my mind. That almost always seems to do the trick.
